Lime (T1) - Pollard due to extensive increase in height and encroachment over property boundary; Large branches frequently land in neighbouring garden with risk of further branches falling. Excessive shading and damage to guttering from build-up of leaves despite regular gutter clearing. To support overall tree health, avoid damage to property. To maintain reasonable separation neighbouring property. Lime has outgrown the available space. Yew (T2) - Reduce height by 2m; reduce crown spread by 2m due to trailing and overhanging branches; excessive growth of ivy and extensive increase in height. (see original application)
