Planning application
Sleepy Hollow Vears Lane Colden Common SO21 1TQ
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Oak (T1) - Cut back 3m clearance to house and power lines. Remove any dead branches. Sycamore (T2) - Cut back 3m clearance to house. Re-pollard. Remove one rotting trunk (there are 4 main trunks from the base of the tree) in the hope that this remedial work will improve the health of the other 3 trunks. One of which is also showing signs of rot at the base.
