The six trees are adjacent to our garden fence and overhang a flat roof over outbuildings and patio area. Growth from the trees overhangs felted roof and will abrade/damage this. In addition there is the potential for pressure/friction damage to the fence. The work intended is to cut the overhanging branches back to the main stem/trunk of the tree. All branches are less than 2-3 inches in diameter. Tree 1 is a sycamore that has been previously pollarded/coppiced around 2 foot above the ground. Vigorous regrowth from the stool is leaning against the fence and over the flat roof. Pruning to prevent property damage. Tree 2 is a cyprus with a tree ivy growing through it.
