Proposal
1. Changing the cladding on the North, South and West elevation to from black brick slips and black 13/3 corrugated sheet (North Elevation) to black composite woodgrain wall cladding. This will be clad vertically. 2. Moving the door on the South elevation towards the front of the structure (West elevation). 3. Increasing height of the build to 3.1 Metres from 3 Metres and removing skylight from the structure to bring highest point down from 3.2 to 3.1 metres overall.
