Proposal

Newlands Footpath 735 is to be diverted to facilitate the delivery of the Phase 4 Infrastructure Road and Southern Access Junction. From the west, the route starts at terminal point C E 467056.37, N 107934.42, continuing south to traverse the proposed Phase 4 Infrastructure Road to terminal point D E 467081.59, N 107934.07, where it will reconnect with the existing Footpath 735 to the south of Woodside Nursery School. The route will be a connection which will align with the proposed crossing point on the Phase 4 Infrastructure Road to provide a connection between Woodside Nursery School and the entrance to Rowans Hospice on Purbrook Heath Road.
