Pollarded Sycamore 2m approx from North corner of deck at rear of property. T1 Crown reduce by up to 1 meter. Remove lower epicormic shoots. Crown thin by up to 10%. This will allow more light through the tree and will reduce the encroaching branches growing towards the property.

As the tree has been pollarded cyclical maintenance is considered to be good arboricultural practice. Additionally the work will improve the ventilation of the area and reduce rotting of the wooden decks below.
