Planning application
2 Stoney Court Stoney Lane Winchester Hampshire SO22 6DB
Works: Trees
Withdrawn before a decision, so it carries no planning weight. A revised scheme can be submitted at any time.
Proposal
T1 & T2: Sycamores. -Permission to reduce the laterals on both trees extending over the aspects of the garden ( 2 Stoney Court) by between 2 and 3 metres. Permission to reduce the height of both trees by between 3 and 4 metres. The trees are both very large, and causing excessive shading in both the house and the garden. The pruning of these trees will allow more light into both, and make the trees a more appropriate size for the garden which can then be managed appropriately over future years.
