11 St Michaels Gardens Winchester Hampshire SO23 9JD

T1- Pittosporum: Fell to ground level. The tree is growing through a large Western Red Cedar, which is suppressing it's growth, and causing the tree to lean toward the house and garden area. There is a large amount of deadwood in the tree, and the root system is starting to interfere with the drainage below.

  • 25/02345/TPO Granted

    21 Dean Lane Winchester Hampshire SO22 5LH

T2 & T4: Larch- Fell to ground level. The pair of trees are in very close proximity to the neighbouring property, and overhang in parts by a substantial amount. The trees are both also reaching over-maturity, and have lost a number of limbs in the past as a result of being very over- extended. The pair of trees are now suppressing 2 Yew trees growing below them, and their removal will prevent any further limb failures, and allow the Yew trees to fill the space with a better structural form. T3: Yew- Crown lift to a height of 3-4m from ground level, removing only minor secondary laterals and no major limbs. (Amended)

  • 25/02141/TPC Granted

    2 Christchurch Gardens Winchester Hampshire SO23 9TH

T1: Bay tree to prune back to the boundary line and reduce in height by approximately 3-4m. T2: Bay tree to reduce in height by approximately 3-4m and remove 2x smaller stems, leaving the one larger stem. T3: Silver Birch: Remove lowest limb extending over the property from next door to remove the chances of the limb failing into the garden.

  • T/00478/25/TCA Granted

Court Farm House Church Road Overton Hampshire RG25 3HF

T1: Field Maple- Permission to remove lowest over extended limb to reduce shading over the lawn area, and also to remove the risk of possible failure. T2: Sycamore- Fell due to excessive shading in garden area and damage to the bifurcated union at the base of the tree. There is a large wooded area behind the tree that would fill out to ensure no loss of amenity value. T3: Lime- 4-5m reduction in height, and 1-2m reduction on the trees laterals, leaving a finished height of 15m and crown spread of 6m. The tree is located in close proximity to the pool and casts excessive shading. A canopy reduction would assist in more light getting through to this area and also the flower beds and hedging below. T4: Tulip tree- crown lift lower laterals to create a clearance from the top of the Yew hedge by 1m so it is able to fill out to the same height as the rest of the hedge.
