Relocation of all services into the existing shed, repurposed and upgraded into a plant room with a service trench to link with the main house - Creation of larger kitchen area by removing the diving wall between the existing kitchen, utility and pantry and raising the floor level flush to the kitchen level. - Raising the floor level of the GF WC flush - Relocation of the kitchen/dining room entrance door. Existing door retained. - Minor alterations to the master en-suite with the addition of a shower and alteration to the fanlight to match the existing on the opposite wing. - Re-hang bedroom F-04 door handed - Creation of a new en-suite to bedroom F.04 and jib door access - New bathroom layout to F.09 with locally raised ceiling above the shower - New WC arrangement to F.12 External repair works - Local external repairs required as per the enclosed condition survey external elevations.
