1 x Oak tree. Work to remove outer foliage/tip reduction of 2-2.5m to allow a crane to be used on Network Rail site as vital upgrading works for the network are being carried out and a lineside module needs to be lifted into place. Longest branch to be reduced by 2-2.5m. None of the main structure of the tree to be affected. Attachment 2 shows marked up branches to be removed. Only one tree will be affected by these works.

I would like to change the side access door from a single standard door to some French windows. I would like to separate the garage and have bike storage at the front and an occasional space at the back. I would like to separate the garage inside using an internal stud wall with a door to access the front of the garage. I would like to insulate two thirds of it so that I can use it as an occasional garden room. The French doors would open up to a decking area. The front garage door would remain the same.
