1. Re-locate of the new entrance door from the north elevation to a central position in the east elevation. 2. Change the extension window and door on the incuding west elevation to a smaller window and french doors. 3. Carry the existing brick quoin detail on the north western corner down to lower ground level to reflect the south western corner. 4. The addition of brick soldier courses above the first floor windows on the west elevation and snapped brick cills to all new windows.
