The Plan must include: - Measures to protect the surrounding Barns Farm SINC. - Measures to protect the surrounding trees and landscaping including protective fencing and appointment of supervision. 4: No development shall take place until details of landscape works have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and these works shall be carried out as approved within the first planting season following the substantial completion of the development or as otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. These details shall include the following: - written specifications and schedules of trees and plants, noting species, planting sizes and proposed numbers/densities where appropriate. - additional landscaping on the northern boundary of the site adjacent to the footpaths. - implementation programme. 05 The colour of the mast up to the level of the tree height must be RAL 6009 The remainder of the mast structure must be light grey.
