Proposal
The non-material amendment seeks to vary the material finish to the hidden return elevations which enclose the balcony of Plot 12. Proposed and consented as fair face brickwork, the amendment proposes the balcony cheeks are finished using aluminium cladding which will be coloured to match windows, soffits and fascias. Finish colour will be RAL 7016 Grey. Drawing A-8022 illustrates the two confined areas.
