Little Balfour -Existing kitchen windows facing courtyard to be retained as existing, (no longer proposed to be enlarged). -Fibre cement cladding panels on courtyard elevation (white) replaced with fibre cement weatherboarding (white). -Fibre cement cladding panels on rear elevation (grey) replaced with fibre cement weatherboarding (black). Walter House -Rear elevation to be reclad in fibre cement weatherboard, (black). -Remaining elevations to stay clad in Western Red Cedar, as existing. External Works -Existing steps retained on courtyard decking, ramp omitted. -Additional parking space located near main entrance.
