    The request to remove the trees is being made inline with the instructions from the professional knotweed management company who are going to be removing knotweed from the garden and replacing it with a weed barrier. The excavation can not take properly or safely unless the trees are removed. With the trees removed I will also be looking to repair the damage inflicted by the trees on the existing stone wall. I am proposing to replace the trees with pleached lime or beech trees>the existing number, the location tbc/inline with the garden design/planting plan. I would also like to trim the crown of the tree next to the house from the neighbor's garden by 1-2m
