Proposal
Four new dormers and a south facing openable window to the loft of the main house. Integrated solar panels to the existing roof of the main house. Remodelling the existing garage to create a new first floor music room above the existing double garage. The existing roof will be replaced by a gambrel style roof with two dormers on each side. A single-storey extension to the side of the garage will provide a new kitchenette and washroom facility as well as access to the new music room.

T1 (beech): Carry out radial reduction by no more than 2.5m with maximum pruning wounds of 50 mm. The tree has historically lost a large stem, leaving a wound that is going to continue to decay and is now a likely point of failure. The reduction is to safeguard the retention of the tree and retain as much amenity as feasibly possible. The reduction to current pruning points is insufficient in my opinion, ad the canopy must be pruned in such a wway as to mimic the retrenchment. (Amended) T7 (Weeping beech: not on survey schedule). This tree is covered by the conservation area but not TPOd. Reduce overextended limb on western aspect by no more than 3m with pruning wounds no greater than 50 mm. (Amended)
