Proposal

1. Altered form of first floor front window on extension. Instead of this being a timber window formed with a brick arch, the window will be timber incorporated directly into the weatherboarded surround. There will be no brick arch. This window will also be changed from one with 3 lights, to one with two casement lights meeting in the centre. 2. Altered arrangement of approved rooflights on new extension. Six were originally approved. This is reduced to 5 with the spacing slightly altered to conform better to the internal layout. 3. Amendment to size and shape of windows on ground floor side elevation of new extension to better suit their purpose. 4. Addition of two extractor vents on ground floor side elevation needed for new kitchen and WC/shower room previously approved. (18/00459/HOU)
