Planning application

Sheraton Insurance Brokers Bridge Street Wickham PO17 5JE

Granted Winchester 20/02371/LIS Listed Building

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

To install a flood barrier into the recess of the door called the Nautilus 400. The only permeant fixture is the metal rails which are in the recess of the door which will be painted brown the same as the door frame and door. The metal barrier is then installed in three sheets of metal which are also painted brown the same as the door and would be put in place in case of a forecast storm and can be installed and taken down within a minute. The height of the barrier is 1200mm to protect against the car spray from the flooded road.
