T1 Oak tree to be felled due to having a heavy lean. All growth one sided and severe decay at the base. Also dropping dead limbs onto the golf tee below. T2 Double Stemmed Holly tree to be felled due to weak low union and has out lasted aesthetic value.

What a grant of permission means

The process from here
