Works: Trees Small domestic
Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
There is an Oak tree on the boundary to our property. It is over hanging our property, whereby we would like to remove 6 to 7 branches. Advised by Brain Barker. The tree is also unbalanced due to pervious cutting on the owners side. This tree is dropping large branches on to our house roof and shed. It is just over the wall of our garden and over hanging out left side of our house. We have made contact with tree surgeon, Brain Barker in Lindale who has advised the tree is over hanging our property. It has put our back garden in shade all summer and is worrying when windy. It is coursing a lot of mess too, now that the nuts and leaves are dropping off.
