Reduce Height of HOLLIES, YEW and ELDER behind fence line - NOT the variegated Holly. To increase sense of light and space to rear of property and to control growth currently starting to compete with mature TPO protected Sycamore. Cut back overhang behind fence to restore access to path behind fence. Roadside - down banking, Prune trees/ shrub growth up to 5m back to fence line to restore clearance to road.
