Proposal

Installation of three external air-conditioning condenser units within the two existing rear courtyards/lightwells at ground-floor level. Two condenser units will be located within the left-hand courtyard and enclosed within a purpose-built acoustic enclosure, while one condenser unit will be located within the right-hand courtyard and screened by a multi-panel acoustic screen. The proposed acoustic mitigation measures are intended to minimise operational noise and reduce the impact on neighbouring residential properties. The installation will include the necessary associated works to support the operation of the condenser units. No change of use is proposed as part of this application.
