Partial demolition of the 2nd-floor front section mansard roof and dormer window, demolotion of the front wall of the first floor, facing bedroom 2, front wall of bedroom 2 will be extended to align with the master bedroom's external wall, kitchen to be enlarged by extending it marginally into the courtyard, window to be replaced with French doors, and a small terrace and rooflight will be formed on the first floor, first-floor master bedroom window to be replaced with French doors, providing access to the proposed small terrace over the kitchen wall extension, courtyard garden French doors will be replaced and enlarged with sliding glazed doors and the metal garage door to be replaced with sectional opening timber louvred doors, which will include ventilation grilles.
