Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 10th July 2012 (RN 12/03613/FULL) which itself varied condition 1 of planning permission dated 25 November 2010 (RN: 10/02562) for: "Erection of single storey extension at fourth floor roof level in connection with provision of one residential flat, and erection of lift shaft within internal lightwell from basement to fourth floor leve". NAMELY, amendments to allow internal layout alterations; the introduction of new slot windows; change in external material from the approved aluminium composite cladding to a silicone render of a similar colour; and alteration to the roof form raising the roof height adjacent to the party walls to and a reduction in overhang.
