External alterations including the addition of an external staircase with glass balustrade linking levels eight and nine, an amendment to the existing external stairs at level eight at the southwestern corner, alterations to fenestration and spandrel panels and removal/application of opaque film at Levels 8 and 9, and an amendment to the description of development.
