Granted West Suffolk NMA(A)/18/1269 Non Material Amendment

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Non Material Amendment to DC/18/1269/RM - Removal of the adoptable footpath that adjoined the existing Phase 1 footpath to the north east of Block K, running north west to the corner of Block M, and replacing it with a standard service strip inside the parking laybys (reflecting the design of the opposite side of the road). The small section of adoptable path to the east of Block L linking back to the path of Phase 1 is also omitted & replaced by private footpath
