Listed Building Consent for internal works to outbuilding to create a staff room and office. This consists of constructing stud walls against the internal face of the existing stone walls. Vapour barriers will be installed onto the face of the stone wall, followed by the insulated stud walls which will be finished with plasterboard, plastered, and white paint. Remove all brass to clean and polish and add a brass door number (12). Re-paint the door frame/surround in white. Paint the front step black using masonry paint. Windows - Replace the bottom and top upvc windows with upvc timber effect, flush fit sliding sash windows with Georgian effect bars and an off white finish.
