Proposal
Listed Building Consent for internal works to outbuilding to create a staff room and office. This consists of constructing stud walls against the internal face of the existing stone walls. Vapour barriers will be installed onto the face of the stone wall, followed by the insulated stud walls which will be finished with plasterboard, plastered, and white paint. Insulation between existing rafters and finished with plaster board, plastered and painted white. Staff WC walls will be battened and finished with tile effect bathroom panels. Internal brick wall separating the Staff WC to the largest unused space will be finished with plasterboard fixed with adhesive, plastered and painted white.
