The proposal is to remove the existing gravel finish, maintaining the existing sub-base, repaired and levelled as required, before laying a 60-70mm dense binder material and applying a tar spray and 6mm Golden Gravel finish (applied in 2 layers) along with the installation of new channel drains as required to provide positive drainage to the existing network. As part of the above works the pre-cast concrete edgings will be replaced where damaged.
