Listed building consent for conservation repair works to the deformed arch gate including (1) partial dismantling and rebuilding the east pier, parapet and top courses of west pier above springing point, (2) structural strengthening with additional tie bars across arch springing point, replacement of failed existing metal reinforcement (3) footing consolidation to both pier footings, and (4) masonry repairs.
