Proposal
Variation of Condition 2 (plans)-Amended roof falls, steelwork and cladding designs meant the rainwater downpipes required relocating and the parapet height reduced. External plant has been swapped for a quieter unit. The fence and vehicle barrier lines have been changed to better suit access and escape strategies. The new chiller compound is to have a 1.8m mesh fence to prevent unauthorised access to 2024/5310/FULL ( for Single storey extension to existing telecommunications centre with ground floor external plant)

About amendment applications
An amendment application makes limited changes to a permission that already exists; anything beyond modest adjustment needs a fresh application. More in our guide to planning application types.
