Hornbeam is in decline, signs of multiple cavities near the base of the tree and woodworm, minimal foliage this year with a dangerous overhang into the main roadway. Application is to fell and remove to ground level before any further danger develops from the decay of the tree. Please see the attached Sketch Plans where the red pin indicates the current location of the tree on the property alongside the perimeter of the property and Moss Road The photographs show the current state of the tree, with some of the healthier trees on the property for comparison
