Proposal
1. In order to preserve the treescape that the trees offer, the whole group (T1 to T6) should have a crown reduction of 4.0 meters thereby maintaining the profile. 2. All trees in the group should be cut back laterally by 2.0 meters. 3. In respect of T2, lateral trim to be 4.0 meters on the south side. 4. Trees that are adjacent to the grass, Duncannon Mead & Duncannon Lane to have a crown lift to 4.5 meters. 5. Branches adjacent to the telegraph poles and cables should be trimmed to give 1.0 meter clearance. 6. Trimmed branches should be no more than 100mm diameter. 7. Cyclical consent to be given to allow repeat trimming in perpetuity.
