Proposal
Front Garden T1 - Tree of Heaven: recommend to reduce due to large visible cavities, to reduce limb stress due to the size and location of the tree. The tree will be reduced by approx 2m all around to form a compact crown 12m T2 - Large Pine: next to drive to deadwood and inspect condition T3 - Maple: to deadwood only and tip back lowest limber over lawn to rebalance approx 2m and reduce crown. The tree will be reduced by approx 2m to allow more light into the garden. Leaving a approx height of 14m.

Roadside Woodland - 3 Large Cypress Trees: Due to the size and location it would be prudent to reduce the height of these trees by approx. 4m, so forming compact crowns and to remove risk of future collaspe. The approx finished height will be 10/12 Metres.

T1 - Front Garden Main Lawn Tree of Heaven: 3m from drive / 14m from front of the house. Due to the size and condition of the main stems and cavities visible I would recommend a light crown reduction of approx. 2m to help reduce the weight and stress. To also reduce the crown expanse to form a compact crown. The finished height will be 14m in height and spread.
