Proposal

Conversion of the existing garage to form part of the dwelling as a kitchen. The proposed works comprise removal of the existing garage door, partial infilling of the existing garage door opening with matching brickwork and installation of a new window within the remaining opening. The existing rear personnel door will be replaced with a new external door within the existing opening. A new internal opening will be formed between the existing garage and the main dwelling to provide access between the new kitchen area and the house. No new vehicular or pedestrian access is proposed, and no alterations are proposed to the existing driveway, hardstanding, site drainage or boundary treatments.
