Notification under Regulation 5 of the Electronic Communications Code (Conditions and Restrictions) Regulations 2003 (as amended) to utilise permitted development rights (Class A of Part 16 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended). The proposal is to install electronic communications apparatus/development ancillary to the existing site comprising the following; removal and replacement of 1no. cabinet and addition of 1no. GPS Node, along with associated ancillary equipment works.
