The amendment to the Wording of Condition 28 (re: Park House School expansion land construction access) on the outline planning permission above to read: "No more than 200 dwellings within the Site shall be occupied until the construction access for the Park House School expansion land has been completed in accordance with the details that have previously been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority. Such details shall include (where necessary) surface treatment, crossing of watercourses including a temporary bridge across the central valley, an ecological appraisal including any necessary mitigation measures and the timing for those, tree and woodland protection and timescales for laying out, location and size of site compound(s) and decommissioning."
