  T1: Large London Plane Tree is overhanging this property, tree is coming from Council Land. There have been a number of branches that have failed into this garden. See photos provided. Tree has been previously reduced and requesting that the tree on this side be reduced back to its previous reduction points. This is approx 1.5-2.5m back to suitable growth points. It has become too large/close to building and shaded excessively. The reduction should also reduce the chance of further branches failing from tree as this has become as ongoing problem and could cause damage. There is also a large hanging limb in the tree and a large amount of deadwood overhanging this garden, this would also be removed as part of the works at the applicants cost at the same time as reduction works.
