The application is to reduce the size of the branches of the Japanese Maple (Acer palmatum) marked "Tree" on the sketch plan "2 Parkfields Tree Topping Japanese Acer". The tree has encroached on the neighbour's side passage (No. 42 Howards Lane) and the other neighbour's garden (4 Parkfields). We intend to keep the integrity and shape of the tree, but reduce the overall size of the branches to ensure it is within the 2 Parkfields boundary walls and is an appropriate size.
