This application is for 4 lime trees in front of no 33. Applications are being made for 8 in total ( at nos 31,32, and 33 Dents Road). Works: reduce crown by 30-50%, approx 3.5-4 meters off height and 1.5 meters off sides. This is due to decay in the majority of the trees, which are pruned every two years for that reason. There is a sketch in the application 2 years ago 2023/2939 and attached to this application. Note: Arbormedics have removed two of the trees due to danger., leaving 8.

An application to prune this tree ( 2025/3127) has already been approved but it only specified a crown reduction. I have been informed that another application is needed to prune back to previous pruning points. It would be much appreciated if this could be approved earlier than 6 weeks if this application is unnecessary. Permission of the tree owner (Neil Graham) has been obtained.
