REAR GARDEN T1-Sycamore(Acer pseudoplatanus)-double stem at base/Multi-stemmed at crown breaks Ht-14m Spread-8m DBH-44cm DAB-65cm Wt-3750kg -section fell to ground level using heavy rigging equipment to safely lower branches sections to ground in a controlled manner T2-Small Cherry Laurel(Prunus laurosiferus) -section fell to ground level T3-Small-leafed Gum(Eucalyptus parviflora) -reduce entire crown to previous reduction points(2.5m regrowth) T4-Strawberry Tree(Arbutus unedo) -reduce crown by 25%(.06m) to suitable growth points -reduce lateral growth to match, shape and tidy Works to T3 - T4 are for routine maintenance. Works to T1 are due to the tree outgrowing its space in the garden, despite regular pollarding. The tree is causing potentially causing damage to the old boundary wall. Owners plan to replant.
