Proposal

Affected trees are not subject to TPO but are situated within Magdalen Park conservation area. Trees are sycamore 1 and sycamore 2. Images of tree areas are provided within 50944 - Tree Obstruction Report. Works are proposed by MBNL (EE + H3G), the telecoms operator, to trim the affected tree areas to 9.5 metres in height. This is required due to trees obstructing the nearby telecoms mast at Fieldview. A reduction in height to 9.5 metres would be sufficient to clear the blocked transmission.
