Tree branches in excess of 2m radius and as the tree is within 1 metre of boundary encroaches heavily onto neighbours property. Leylandii (B) (C) and (D) - fell - planted as hedge cloe up to boundary, only 3.5m tall due to regular lopping, now showing signs of distress and owing to width causing problems for our neighbour. After felling to erect a heavy duty wooden fence and plant espaliated fruit trees. Remarks:
