T1 - Cherry tree As neighbours we are jointly requesting permission to lop the Cherry tree located to the front of No. 9 Summerside (which is in the Conservation Area) shown in the photographs on the attached report. The tree has not been well maintained and its branches are extending towards the roof structure of both properties and significantly overhanging the highway. See attached report and drawings. In addition we would seek your approval to carry out works to erect a boundary wall within its root protection area. All digging to provide a good base for the new wall will be done by hand, this insures minimal disruption of the ground and offers good protection to the roots of the tree which may be growing in the area of the new wall. T2 - 3 x stemmed Lawson - Adjacent to the fence by large house: reduce the height down to 2m to help stabilise the union at the base. T3 - Sycamore (squirrel damaged) adjacent to the vine pergola: Fell to ground level and grind out the stump. T4 - Horse Chestnut (T505): adjacent to dry pond: fell to ground level. T5 - Horse Chestnut (T506): adjacent to dry pond: reduce the crown by 3-4m. T6 - Horse Chestnut (T507): adjacent to dry pond: fell to ground level. T7 - Horse Chestnut (T508): adjacent to dry pond: reduce the crown by 4m. T8 - Pink Horse Chestnut (T513): situated in the wooded area between the main driveway and the main lawn: reduce crown by 6m as per survey. T9 - Sycamore (T515): on the green: reduce the crown by 2-3m. T10 - Lime (T521): centre of the garden: reduce the height by 2m and remove deadwood and epicormics. T11 - Lime (T523): centre of the garden: reduce the height by 2m and remove deadwood and epicormic. T12 - Horse Chestnut (T525) - no work required T13 - Yew (T541): adjacent to the lily pond: lift the crown off the ground to 1m, remove deadwood and crossing branches. T14 - Sorbus (T568): on the green: fell to ground level. T15 - Tulip Tree - no work required. T16 - 6 x Lime, Ash x 2, Sycamore: formatively prune and lift the crowns to 2m. Remarks:
