    7 x Leylandii conifer trees Retrospective consent for the removal of 7 no Leylandii conifer trees. The trees had overgrown the space and were hitting neighbouring properties roofs and windows causing neighbours to complain. The trees were removed without knowing consent was required to do so as they were located in a conservation area. The trees will not be replanted as: 1. the site is too restricted. 2. following the removal of the trees damage to the boundary wall (located directly behind the conifers) was discovered.
