The main components of this project are: - Replacement of Heating and Domestic Hot Water Central Plant with Air Sourced Heat Pumps (ASHPs) located on the roof; - Installation of roof insulation and raising roof parapet by 250mm to accommodate the increased roof insulation; - Relocating existing solar PV panels on the roof to accommodate the new ASHPs.
