Reinstating street flank entrance to garden and installation of brick arch and stepped brickwork. Insertion of timber French door and window to the rear of the outrigger. Extension of windows in flank of outrigger to floor level with timber doors to replace existing windows. Replacement of rear first floor in outrigger to a timber sash window. Conversion of current pitched roof to a mansard roof to match the neighbouring property with associated parapet to street facing flank wall. Internal reconfigurations including moving the kitchen, opening up the ground floor and lifting the existing basement opening.
