T1 is situated in the rear garden of Torre house. T1- Eucalyptus eucalyptus globulus T1 has been showing signs of die back the last few years. this year it has completely died. there is no live growth on the tree and its dropping large amounts of debris on the busy courtyard below. I would like to dismantle to ground level. Re planting a tree within 5 m more suitable for the area, for example -silver birch could we remove the tree asap as its causing great worry for sue the owner.
