It dominates the conservation area and furthermore overhangs the neighbouring property at No 16 affecting both light to nearby windows and creating maintenance issues. Ash (T2) Fell: Proximity to the building creates excessive shading and significantly reduces light to adjacent windows once in full leaf. Replace both trees centrally and/or on the eastern & northern boundaries of the site with smaller native species such as Hawthorn and Hazel more compatible in size to the urban environment and conservation area.
