T1 Aspen TPO ref 2002.21. Approx height of 20m. This tree is situated on the grounds of The Pines, St Marychurch road but grows over 2-3 properties on Studley road. Applying for permission to reduce the tree by 3-4 meters back to growth points to lighten the weight on the lateral limbs and remove the sail. The tree is situated about 2-3 meters from a old retaining wall in the garden of 23 Studley road with a drop of 8ft. The tree has been worked on several times in the past.

The conifer - T04342 we are looking to crown lift approx 5m to balance the lower part of the tree up as a limb on locksley grange side blew out several years ago. There is a limb overhanging the neighbours property which we would like to remove back to the secondary limb. Approx 300mm. All other branches cuts no greater than 75mm. The lime, horse chestnut and bay behind the garages to crown light/hedge cut approx 2m about the ridge of the garages. Cuts no greater than 50mm. The conifer T04342 - same as T04342. This will also reduce the weight over the retaining wall.

Holm Oak 12m Tall 50cm diameter (Already have approved plan for other three trees on site, scope to mirror that) Crown mai fence works requested to cut back to previous pruning points, not as far as original pollard but to the secondary pollard points, this has been noted on tree inspectors recent visit looking at other trees on site. T 030 - Multiple stemmed lapsed sycamore coppice. Growing on bank bordering road and in striking distance of third party properties to the north and south. Two primary stems to the north have been pollarded down to 3m. The eastern most stem has since died with large area of bark necrosis at 1.5m - 3m. The northern most stem which has had a primary limb pollarded is in severe decline with bark necrosis to the north at 2m. If the two stems are removed the remaining canopy will be biased totaly to the south and west and will be open to additional wind loading.
